Entrepreneurs' Organization

What is EO?

A global community of nearly 20,000 business owners across 80+ countries who help each other grow — in business and in life.

Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs

In 1987, entrepreneur Verne Harnish brought together 22 founders with a simple idea: nobody understands the challenges of running a business like another person who's doing it too.

That idea became the Entrepreneurs' Organization. EO isn't a networking group or a lead-exchange club — it's a peer community where business owners learn from each other's real experiences, hold each other accountable, and grow together.
